ZANETTI
It did not take Cody very long to reappear after the action was dismissed.
On July 1, 2004, CANADA DAY Cody showed up at the property, back into the residential apartment suite, looking more like a man who had been hiding in his apartment suite for a full year. --Cody had been seen by other tenants during the year in the community--
Immigration Canada, another unregulated Government body, do not escort their subject, who are issued removal orders out of the country, it prefers to assume that the subject left the country, when most of the time any subjects issued removal orders go into hiding for a period of time and return when the coast is clear.
In Cody's case he returned to 1395 Beach Avenue, in his old familiar compound.
In year 2005, the Zanettis went back to the residential board because the landlord refused to fix a water leak that has been leaking for over 16 years or more.
Susan Wong, the alias for Cody attended the proceeding at the rentalsmen.
After hearing the parties, the arbitrator ordered the landlord to obtain a qualified roofer, licenced as a roofer in the City of Vancouver to investigate the water leaks at the property.
Cody, being a fraud, ended up hiring several contractors to try and fix the water leak, but the leak was not ever properly fixed.
The Zanettis' placed a Motion before the B.C Supreme Court, as the landlord was not abiding by the order set out by the Arbitrator. The Court ordered the Zanettis to go back to the rentalsmen board to ask the arbitrator to clarify his order.
The arbitrator did clarify his order by stating that he intended that the landlord hire a qualified roofer, with a valid licence to work in the City of Vancouver.
The landlord did not abide by the order of the arbitrator.
Bonniehon Managment Inc. -- the alter ego of Cody-- claimed that it would not be dictated by anyone, including an arbitrator and a judge.
Unfortunately, the landlord stubbornness and ignorance has led to more damage at the property, as the water leaks have not diminshed.
By neglecting to change a roof as old as 47 years, the building at 1395 Beach Avenue is rotting, to the point that it will soon look like a building on Hasting Street on the East Side of Town, wherein no matter how much renovations is done to such building, the smell of mildew is always present.
This is to say that the residents of the City of Vancouver, besides the fact that they must live in an environment that looks scruffy, they also must contend themselves with toxic and mould from the buildings they live in.
Slum Lanlords in the City of Vancouver, Province of British Columbia, get away with this law-breaking behaviour for personal profit at the expense of others. The City does not regulate nor does it have any sort of standards that would prevent landlords from turning their property into slums. Thus perpetrators have no incentive of maintaining their property.
Cody in the meantime continued to stalk the sisters and another police report was made. Cody has since gone into hiding, most likely to fake his departure from Canada, as his visitor's Visa must have again expired.

Terence Schultes, do not prosecute companies who do not hold valid licence in the City to do business as roofers.
